This PDF is a proposal that was submitted to F7 for funding from NASA in 2024. The proposal was not funded. Science is a global enterprise that builds and organizes human understanding of the universe with testable explanations and predictions. The goal of science– to improve human understanding of the universe – is achieved through the exchange of information. Science advances when humans collaborate to discover and learn from each other. We propose to improve information sharing within, between, and beyond communities using open source science infrastructure and NASA data.
